These terms and conditions apply to the use of the faceskincareuk.com website and email orders placed with us. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions can change at any time, and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access the website.

FACE Skincare provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
At FACE Skincare we are committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible online service. We will not disclose customer information to third parties. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your log in details, please contact us immediately.
This contract shall be concluded in English.
All prices indicated for products available via the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the website are correct. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.
FACE Skincare believes that beauty products should be cruelty free. All of our suppliers are also of this belief. We check our suppliers thoroughly to make sure there is no cruelty involved with their manufacture. All of our products are cruelty free. We also want to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. As a result of this, we aim to only use naturally sourced, vegan suitable ingredients and suppliers. If there are some products that are not 100% naturally sourced or unsuitable for vegans, these will be outlined on their product information page.
Due to the nature of our brand, we try to make all of our products refillable, so that packaging is not wasted. We ask for you to keep any bubble wrap and other packaging to be reused whether for sending back to us, or using for other purposes. We currently do not offer refills on our 30ml items (except the Triple Action Serum). However, physical stores that sell our products may wish to do so.
We currently offer a 30% discount on items sent back for refills, with FACE Skincare covering the cost of return. This is subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes to the discount amount without any notice.
One of our main missions is reducing the amount of plastic that is used within the skincare/beauty industry. Therefore our products are sold in glass bottles. We aim to use as little plastic as we can, but in some cases this may not be possible. For example, in lotion pumps, spray heads and droppers. We encourage you to reuse and refill these products to reduce the amount of single use plastic within our environment.
PLACING AN ORDER
In order to purchase a product, simply browse through the online shopping facility. Click on the ‘Add To Basket’ icon next to your chosen product and the item will be put in your shopping basket (a running total is visible on the top right of the online shop). Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart to checkout, or press “Go to checkout”. The products and total purchase price, including postage and packing costs, will appear and invite you to complete your payment and add delivery details. All items shown on the website are subject to availability. In the event of any items not being available we will contact you to review your order.
All wholesale orders will be dealt with via email. Email us on the address below and we will send you our price list. From there we will send you over an invoice outlining payment amount, details and terms.

We will only process the order once payment has been received - unless stated otherwise on your invoice. Orders are estimated to take 4-6 weeks from time of payment.
PAY BY PAYPAL
All prices quoted are in £ British Pounds (sterling). We accept credit/debit cards, which are processed by PayPal via a secure on-line encrypted payment system and Paypal can accept credit or debit cards from MasterCard and Visa. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
TITLE TO GOODS
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through our card portal on the website or PayPal. We will deliver the goods by standard parcel delivery which is estimated to be 3-5 working days. This delivery timescale quoted to you is indicative only and may exceed this time. Products are made regularly in small batches to ensure maximum shelf life for the consumer. Please note that the products in your order may have to be made and this will require additional time. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of ordering. If this is not possible we will contact you.
If you select this option then these will be ready for collection in the MK45 postcode region when we send you an email confirming the order is ready. This is usually the next working day but this is subject to change.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the returns policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS
If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition. Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods arrive damaged or are different to your order, we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including the original delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the items at . This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All content available on the website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the “Content”) is the property of FACE Skincare. Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are the registered and unregistered marks of FACE Skincare. Neither the Content, the Trademarks, nor any other portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

Your use of this website and any purchase by you of any goods from FACE Skincare shall be governed by English law and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This is irrespective of where you are based. If you have a dispute with FACE Skincare, we’ll always try to sort things out if you contact us.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service, products or the prices (or any content thereof) without any notice. FACE Skincare offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, polices and notices stated here.
